The rather odd combat system consists of launching coins over a platform so they're pushed to the end of the screen and 'activate' your monsters' attacks. Once this happens, your creatures will hit the enemy. Dragon Coins is an RPG mainly focused on the collecting aspect, as there is no story, and you just have to collect all the monsters. The highlight is a battle system that, despite being strange, is really fun. The graphics are pretty good, too.
